Personal Fitness Week 5 BMI and Nutrition

Continue to log into your Google classroom for your weekly assignments. This week we will learn about BMI and nutrition. There is a link within the classrooms for you to visit CDC website and calculate your BMI. Invite family members to check their BMI with you and encourage setting goals to reach a healthy weight range and a healthy diet.
