Tuesday - Writing prompt number 1. Students' self-image. Students will write out how they currently feel concerning their physical fitness level, their goals for the class and a plan to achieve their goals. Students will run the 20m pacers.
Wednesday - Students will start chapter 1 notes. Workout will include a short stadium run.
Thursday - Students will complete chapter 1. Students' workout will include different exercises on the football field, which will include strengthening bands, jumping jacks, sit-ups, push-ups, and jump ropes.
Friday - Exercise contracts will be completed since students did not complete them last week. The teacher will check off on their 3 worksheets. Exercise will include stadiums.
